# View Chronosphere app service status

For information about how to determine the status of your Chronosphere app, use the
process based on the app you're using.

## Observability Platform

To determine the status of your Chronosphere Observability platform service, use the
Chronosphere Status page to view your current service status and subscribe to
updates.

To view your current service status, in the navigation menu select
**<Icon icon="info" /> More information <span aria-label="and then">></span> Chronosphere Status**.

### Subscribe to updates

You can subscribe to receive alerts when Chronosphere creates, updates, or resolves
an incident regarding Observability Platform. Chronosphere sends these alerts by
using email, text messages, or with a webhook.

To subscribe to updates:

1. Go to the service status page.
2. Click **Subscribe to updates**.
3. Select your preferred contact method and complete the subscription.
4. Click **Subscribe**.

## Telemetry Pipeline

To determine the status of your Chronosphere Telemetry Pipeline service, use the
**Calyptia service monitoring** page to view your current Telemetry Pipeline service
status.

To view your current service status, in the navigation menu select
**<Icon icon="circle-question-mark" /> Help Center <span aria-label="and then">></span> Telemetry Pipeline Status**.
