Open global search
To open global search, use one of these methods:- Click Search in the page header.
- Press Control+K (Command+K on macOS) from any page.
Search for a resource
To search for a resource:- Open global search.
- Begin typing a resource name. Results appear as you type.
- Click a result to open it, or use the arrow keys to highlight a result and press Enter (Return on macOS) to open it.
- Type, such as Dashboard or Monitor
- Name
- Primary owner, if it has one
Filter results by type
By default, global search returns all supported resource types. To narrow results to a specific type, click a filter at the top of the search results. Available filters include Dashboards, Monitors, Services, SLOs, Pages, Teams, and Collections. To clear an active filter, click it.View recently visited resources
When you open global search without typing anything, it displays resources you’ve recently visited in Observability Platform. This list includes any entity that global search handles, including results you selected from previous searches and resources that you navigated to directly. To narrow the list of recently visited resources to a specific resource type, click a filter at the top of the list.Open the Assistant from search
This feature isn’t available to all Chronosphere Observability Platform users and
might not be visible in your app. For information about enabling this feature in your
