Telegraf source plugin

Telegraf is an open source data collection agent that lets you collect and process metrics from various sources, and then send them to different destinations. It provides a lightweight and efficient solution for collecting and processing metrics, with support for various input sources such as system metrics, network metrics, and application metrics.
