View service status

Use the Chronosphere Status page to view your current service status and subscribe to updates.

To view your current service status, in the navigation menu select Help > Chronosphere Status.

Subscribe to updates

You can subscribe to receive alerts when Chronosphere creates, updates, or resolves an incident. Chronosphere sends these alerts by using email, text messages, or with a webhook.

To subscribe to updates:

1. Go to the service status page.
2. Click Subscribe to updates.
3. Select your preferred contact method and complete the subscription.
4. Click Subscribe.
